INTERNET POLICIES
Before using the KLPL Wi-Fi, patrons must read and sign the acceptable use agreement. Some of the guidelines are highlighted below. A full document will be provided when signing up to be a patron or before use.
GUIDELINES FOR USE OF INTERNET
Internet workstation:
One Internet workstations is available at no charge to all library users. Library users are limited to a 30-minute session, unless there are no other patrons waiting to use a computer.
A black and white printer is available. The cost for printing is $.25 per page.
Wireless:
Free wireless access is available at the Kenny Lake Public Library. This is an unsecure network that users access at their risk. Connection to the KLPL’s network signifies agreement to abide by the Library’s policies and procedures. Patrons must read and agree to the Internet Use Policy before use. Internet Use Policy can be obtained at the library.
Wireless access code can be requested in person when visiting the library.
Note: We ask that patrons who use the internet from their cars please shut off engines while parked outside the library. Thank you.
